Rising Phoenix Film Works is a Multimedia, Film Education Consulting Company. We specialize in video production, content branding, and website design services including narrative and documentary films, television commercials, music videos, non-profit, educational, and web videos.

We are more than just a production company…

Our educational division offers film curriculum design, staff/student training workshops, and after-school program development. We also offer technology and studio design consultation as well as an mentorship program for young aspiring filmmakers.

CEO & Founder

Salvador Bolivar has over 18 years working in the film industry and over 15 years servicing the youth in the New York public school system.
In that time he has contributed his talent to over six dozen productions ranging from narratives, documentaries, commercials, music videos, and television channels worldwide.
He launched Rising Phoenix Film Works to create inspiring content while supporting and guiding urban youth on their first steps into the film industry.

Operations Manger & Producer

Brittany Nugent has been working as a Professional Make Up Artist 2009.
She specialize in commercial, film, and special effects makeup.
Outside of the industry, her WBE (Woman-owned) family construction business has grown substantially under her leadership.
As a Producer and Operations Manger for Rising phoenix Film Works, she has made it her mission to bring to oneness to the team with care for each individual, client and staff alike.
She believes deeply in the purpose of Rising Phoenix which is to bring opportunity to young film makers while executing exquisite production value.
